Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Animal Nutrition supply planning process within the CHS S&OP framework, including demand and supply reviews, scenario development, exception management, and decision support.
  • •Improve forecast quality by measuring, analyzing, and acting on forecast accuracy, bias, attainment, variability, assumptions, and exceptions.
  • •Translate consensus demand into executable supply, inventory, capacity, procurement, transportation, and operational requirements across the network.
  • •Lead RCCP, supply balancing, inventory planning, and network analysis to identify constraints, risks, and demand-vs-capacity gaps early.
  • •Design, build, implement, and continuously improve planning tools, analytical models, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support capabilities; standardize methods and coach planners and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), manufacturing planning, or related supply chain roles.
  • •High School diploma or GED.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, RCCP, scenario modeling, and planning-to-execution integration.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, building, implementing, and sustaining planning processes, analytical tools/models, dashboards, governance frameworks, or decision-support capabilities.
  • •Ability to lead complex planning initiatives across functions, influence decisions without direct authority, and operate independently through ambiguity.
