Key Responsibilities

•Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection/reconditioning centers to prepare vehicles for customers.
•Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
•Use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes, protective garments).
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Ability to perform automotive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof/rocker panel repair, and large-area bodywork (including Bondo repair).
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may be subject to an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
