Key Responsibilities

  • •Track ongoing performance of loan portfolio clients and monitor financial performance versus plan objectives.
  • •Assist with financial statement, covenant, and collateral analysis, including assessment of liquidity, leverage, and debt service capacity.
  • •Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate banking relationships in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
  • •Support annual and interim reviews, covenant testing, renewals, modifications, and preparation of related reports.
  • •Monitor delinquencies, identify early warning signals of credit deterioration, and advise the Relationship Manager and Credit Team on critical items and risk ratings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1 to 3 years of credit analysis experience with financial statement analysis skills.
  • •Ability to spread financials and prepare cash flows and credit memos.
  • •Strong Excel and analytical skills, plus exceptional communication skills.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including some overnight stays.
