  • •Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary project teams, mitigate risks, and maintain accountability for scope, schedule, profitability, and contractual obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of progressive project management experience leading geotechnical, ground improvement, heavy civil, foundation, remediation, earthworks, mining, or construction projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in project management, project controls, contract administration, and commercial management.
  • •Strong estimating background, including cost estimates, bid pricing, tender strategies, and proposal submissions.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
