Job Summary

Senior Consultant Real Estate (MEP/TGA) in Berlin, supporting technical due diligence, condition assessments of HVAC, ventilation, sanitation, power and safety systems, and feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary building consultancy team. You’ll contribute to project monitoring, cost evaluations, and QA across Neu- and existing properties, collaborating with a diverse team on technically demanding projects for real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in technical due diligence for existing properties and development projects (TGA/MEP) including document review, site inspection, and technical assessment of costs and regulatory compliance
•Assess the condition of building services: heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning, elevator technology, electrical, MSR/GLT and fire protection systems
•Participate in internal quality control (costs and reports – TGA) and monitor projects for new and existing buildings
•Develop feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team
•Collaborate with a technically and culturally diverse team to deliver client-focusedBuilding Consultancy services

Key Requirements

•University degree in Building Technology, Facility Management or equivalent qualification, e.g., completed technical training with several years’ experience in technical property management
