Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an existing portfolio of commercial and multinational clients, understanding their risk management and insurance needs.
  • •Develop account strategy, coordinate implementation of insurance programs, and drive client retention.
  • •Identify, target, and develop new clients and pursue cross-sell/coverage expansion opportunities.
  • •Prepare and deliver value propositions and strategic client presentations with technical and specialist teams.
  • •Represent Aon at local events and monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to advise clients proactively.

Key Requirements

  • •Bilingual communication in French and English for frequent interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • •Expertise in commercial property & casualty insurance and risk management, including analyzing coverage gaps and proposing solutions.
  • •Understand Québec/Canadian regulatory requirements (including the AMF) and be willing/able to obtain and maintain required licences.
  • •Independently use MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to analyze data, prepare presentations, and track activity.
  • •Build and maintain strong corporate/client relationships while identifying growth opportunities (new business and cross-sell).
