Job Summary

Own one or more 300mm toolsets in high-volume semiconductor fabrication, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and copy-exact matching. Review control charts and daily tool output to keep processes within excursions, drive MOR availability, and achieve 100% matching. Lead process/module roadmaps, equipment and material selection, experiments for characterization, and establish process control through volume ramp, including tool installation, conversions, qualifications, and sustained improvements.

•Own and sustain one or more factory 300mm toolsets, ensuring safety/cleanliness and copy-exact matching.
•Review control charts and tool output daily to keep toolsets and layers excursion-free and deliver MOR availability.
•Define roadmaps for new technology process modules, including flow/procedures and equipment configuration.
•Plan and conduct experiments to characterize processes; develop solutions using statistical knowledge, formal education, and problem-solving tools.
•Support new technology start-ups by handling tool installations, conversions, qualifications, and transferring process to high-volume manufacturing with start-up support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD with 6+ months in an engineering STEM field.
•2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong statistics and experimental design knowledge, with ability to apply it to tool matching, tool qualification, and process development.
•Demonstrated strong technical and troubleshooting skills, including clean room experience.
•Ability to work across organizational boundaries (process engineering, integration, yield) and communicate effectively in ambiguous, changing situations.
