Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce company safety rules, conduct safety meetings/toolbox talks, and ensure the facility operates safely.
  • •Accurately batch concrete according to specifications; read dispatch orders and understand production material needs.
  • •Perform batching operations efficiently and safely while complying with local/state/federal and environmental/air-quality regulations.
  • •Print and file invoice tickets for each truck/load and provide copies to drivers for customer payment as needed.
  • •Maintain plant equipment and trucks, perform cleaning/repairs, manage inventory reporting, and assist dispatch with driver scheduling based on customer demand.
