Analyze thermo-structural performance of turbine rotating components using finite element methods to evaluate durability, integrity and damage tolerance. Work within IPTs across product lifecycle, plan and document analyses, support production, and contribute to research to advance turbine technology and certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, perform and document thermo-structural, durability and integrity analyses of turbine rotating parts.
•Use finite element tools to assess design optimization and ensure component integrity.
•Define test objectives and instrumentation for rig or engine testing and analyze results.
•Support production with evaluation of forged parts, geometric deviations, and supplier changes.
•Participate in generic research programs to improve durability and develop new technologies; write analytical, test and certification reports.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
•Proficiency in using ANSYS Classic & Workbench and Catia V5 or equivalent CAD/CAE software.
•Must be approved for a PMC/CI work environment with applicable security clearances.
•Autonomy, teamwork, and strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document results clearly.
•Overtime, evening, weekend, or holiday support may be required.
