Relationship Banker

Own day-to-day operations in the Financial Solutions Center while protecting customer privacy and meeting compliance expectations. Build and deepen consumer relationships by managing an assigned portfolio, using marketing campaigns and referrals, and identifying lending opportunities (including real-estate secured). Drive weekly appointments and outbound conversations, resolve customer issues end-to-end, and continuously develop product knowledge and digital expertise through the Pathways program.
