•Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, walk-in cooler, and the kitchen area (including grill/oven/stoves) free of hazards.
•Perform opening and closing duties, maintain safety/sanitation standards, and assist other kitchen areas as needed.

•Ability to inspect food spoilage and ensure proper rotation.
