Key Responsibilities

  • •Construct large switchboard structures and internal subassemblies using pre-fabricated metal parts, following engineering schematics and electrical drawings.
  • •Mount and brace parts and subassemblies inside structures; construct custom skids using power saw and nail gun.
  • •Ensure correct hardware use, correct torque, and consistent fastening methods.
  • •Visually inspect parts and material for conformance to quality standards and customer specifications; identify design issues and raise them through the correct channels.
  • •Modify, repair, or rework parts using machines and power tools as needed during inspection/test.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience.
  • •Minimum 12 months experience in mechanical assembly using power tools.
