Job Summary

Underwrite complex new and renewal Energy Casualty business within Zurich’s London Specialties team. Partner with internal stakeholders and broker-facing market participants to develop the growing Energy Casualty portfolio and support profitable growth. Leverage technical judgement and market insight aligned to customer risk needs, represent Zurich in the London market, and coach junior underwriters to build capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite complex new and renewal Energy Casualty business as part of the underwriting team.
•Work closely with colleagues to coach junior underwriters and support capability building and performance.
•Partner with internal and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives aligned to the International Energy Casualty market.
•Lead broker and policyholder engagement across the London market as the external-facing representative.
•Represent Zurich in the market to strengthen relationships and support growth of the Energy Casualty proposition.

•CII qualified, or able to demonstrate meaningful progress towards professional qualifications.
