Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) - Hercules, CA

Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while recommending solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Partner with branch teams and proactively promote digital, self-service tools to deliver an accurate, operationally excellent client experience.
