Shape feedback loops into Policy and manage global process change while accounting for regional nuance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of OGS Specialists to drive operational excellence.
•Translate complex policy intent into clear, scalable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision-making frameworks.
•Drive knowledge management through knowledge base strategy, SOP development, process documentation, and policy update cascades with governance and version control.
•Leverage AI capabilities to improve policy translation, documentation quality, and scalability of operational materials and workflows.
•Manage global policy and process change by assessing risk, coordinating updates, and ensuring globally consistent yet locally applicable implementation across teams and markets.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate strong policy knowledge in the Ops functional domain and the ability to connect policy governance/process strategy to structured design.
•Have a strong understanding of policy operationalization, process optimization, or large-scale operational transformation.
•Proven ability to lead and operate in cross-functional environments through stakeholder management and collaboration.
•Strong analytical and structured thinking to translate ambiguity into system-level solutions.
•Experience with managing, mentoring, and developing a team in a fast-paced operational or policy environment (preferred).
