Job Summary

Strengthen Allianz Partners’ Internal Audit function by modernising audit governance, methodologies, and documentation. Help embed quality standards and data quality initiatives aligned to IIA Standards and Group Audit policies. Evaluate and support adoption of AI-powered tools such as automated control testing, anomaly detection, and NLP-based document review. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, and training to build AI literacy and data fluency, and contribute to audit planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion governance, compliance, and quality standards across the Internal Audit function.
•Design, maintain, and enhance audit methodologies and frameworks, including QAIP and alignment with IIA Standards and Group Audit policies.
•Explore and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., automated control testing, anomaly detection, NLP document review) to strengthen assurance activities.
•Support team competencies through workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and targeted training programs (data analytics, AI tools, advanced audit techniques).
•Contribute to annual audit planning and produce high-quality reports, including quarterly updates to governance committees.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Assistance Services industry.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or business school.
•Strong understanding of audit methodologies, practices, and frameworks.
•Familiarity with digital audit tools and curiosity for AI/ML applications in audit (e.g., predictive analytics, process mining, generative AI).
•Excellent English; French and/or German are a strong advantage.
