Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development teams and technical leads to design and implement protection solutions against instruction injection and to safeguard generative AI assets.
  • •Manage development and integration of protection capabilities using static code analysis, vulnerable dependency identification in the supply chain, and anomaly detection.
  • •Align security roadmaps with the GenAI intelligence cell and integrate capabilities into the organization’s final products to optimize user experience.
  • •Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with KPIs, key results, and annual objectives for initiatives under your management.
  • •Collaborate with other information security teams (e.g., cloud security and data security) to build comprehensive protection capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading software development or application security teams in high-scale environments, building complex roadmaps.
  • •Data-driven decision-making, including dashboard design and applying security coverage metrics to manage alerts.
  • •Strong software architecture knowledge and validation of design decisions such as distributed patterns, memory performance optimization, and resilience strategies.
  • •Background in Systems Engineering (or related fields) with hands-on backend development experience using Java or Go.
  • •Experience integrating security protection capabilities for generative AI assets and related technologies.
