Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters from negotiation through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, developing settlement structures and eligibility criteria, negotiating and drafting settlement documents, and resolving claimant disputes. Oversee claims administration workflows and quality assurance while managing teams of nurse paralegals and other attorneys. Perform data analysis, including trend monitoring and settlement reporting and compliance support.
