Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow a portfolio of partner businesses across buyer-prioritized environments (events, retail back-of-house, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing).
  • •Grow contributors alongside partner acquisition and expand into new geographies while keeping supply owned and multi-channel.
  • •Own the geo rate card and set approved unit costs by market and project type to price engagements defensibly.
  • •Forecast supply capacity (deliverable volume by environment and timeline) that a Program Lead can commit against.
  • •Own contributor experience and retention, including onboarding, timely payments, support, and investigating churn.
