  • •Direct and train a production workforce to meet shift production goals, schedules, safety objectives, quality objectives, and employee morale.
  • •Staff, select, counsel, and develop employees, managing the department through contemporary management to ensure continued non-union status.
  • •Improve throughput velocity, support sales growth, and achieve on-time shipping and WIP inventory targets.
  • •Plan, direct, and control work centers to maximize utilization of employees, equipment, and materials while controlling overtime and absenteeism.
