The Sales Associate supports store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission through authentic guest connections, product knowledge, and community education. You’ll drive sales, maintain a high-energy, guest-centric environment, and collaborate with leadership to execute store initiatives, product education, and guest engagement across Retail, Yoga, and Café offerings.
