Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Knowledge Management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectives
  • •Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestones
  • •Collaborate closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery Teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission execution
  • •Track progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery
  • •Communicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision-making and mission continuity

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • •Experience using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira)
  • •Familiarity with Service Central
  • •3+ years of experience developing or managing schedules within DoW, IC, or engineering environments
