Job Summary

Partner with the Global Music team to drive the financial success of SoundOn and TikTok Artist Services. Own artist royalty tracking, reporting, and analysis, and support deal financial optimization. Help teams manage budgets and performance analysis, identify financial risks during contract and expenditure reviews, and improve management reporting with automated, high-quality, timely data. Build financial analysis models and deliver actionable insights using data and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the operations and financial processes of the music copyright business and provide practical financial support.
•Participate in project initiation, contract approvals, and expenditure reviews to identify financial risks and implement prevention and control measures.
•Prepare annual budgets, track budget execution, and conduct business performance analysis to support data-driven decisions.
•Build and optimize management reporting systems, driving report automation, data quality improvements, and transparency/timeliness of financial data.
•Use data analysis tools to build financial models, analyze key metrics and trends, and deliver insightful analytical reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
•5+ years of experience as a Finance BP or in a related role.
•Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
•Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
