Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of the operations and financial processes of the music copyright business and provide practical financial support.
  • •Participate in project initiation, contract approvals, and expenditure reviews to identify financial risks and implement prevention and control measures.
  • •Prepare annual budgets, track budget execution, and conduct business performance analysis to support data-driven decisions.
  • •Build and optimize management reporting systems, driving report automation, data quality improvements, and transparency/timeliness of financial data.
