Support the in-house legal team for the global merchant acquiring business by advising the MPS Revenue and Global Embedded Payments teams. Draft, review, and negotiate complex partner agreements, provide counsel during partner negotiations, and help align contractual terms with business objectives and risk tolerance. Maintain and develop partner contract templates and provide legal input that frames business decision analysis.

Key Requirements

•Licensed and in good standing with the appropriate U.S. state bar association or state attorney licensing authority.
•5+ recent years of experience practicing law in an in-house legal department or at a law firm advising business clients in a full-time attorney role.
•Experience negotiating and drafting agreements with partners, particularly technology-based agreements.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex legal concepts in layman terms.
•Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
