Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, complete and current RCM data across designated repositories, inventories, trackers and document libraries.
  • •Perform routine data-quality checks, investigate anomalies and coordinate corrections with relevant owners.
  • •Collect, validate and analyze RCM data to identify trends, exceptions, overdue activity and areas requiring management attention.
  • •Prepare scheduled reporting, dashboards and management information for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • •Support governance forums by preparing agendas and materials, capturing decisions/actions, and tracking agreed actions to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •A college or university degree, or equivalent relevant work experience, is required.
  • •1-3 years’ experience working in the financial services industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience producing accurate reporting or management information and maintaining structured data, records or repositories.
  • •Experience supporting committees, governance forums, projects or cross-functional processes is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of regulatory change, compliance, risk management or governance processes within financial services, with interest in developing deeper RCM expertise.
