Job Summary

Own the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle of network security products delivered on cloud-native and hardware platforms with central management. Serve as the market expert by listening to customers and prospects, analyzing competitive and industry trends, and translating insights into product direction, roadmap, and adoption plans. Lead roadmap development and primary research, run product and financial planning (including metrics and P&L mindset), and align stakeholders through clear technical and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the service provider product strategy and requirements for network security products across the portfolio, focusing on customer adoption.
•Lead large-scale product roadmap development from concept to completion, including research, feature definition, business benefits, and prioritization through end-to-end lifecycle.
•Develop and continuously improve product management practices and innovation alignment with strategy through influence and execution of solutions.
•Present and communicate strategic direction, market analysis, research findings, and product plans to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, resolving concerns.
•Conduct competitive/comparative analysis and anticipate industry trends, incorporating partner feedback and updating product development procedures as needed; lead financial planning discussions and metrics with P&L ownership mindset.

Salary: USD 163,200 - 244,800 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in a technical-related field (MBA a plus).
•15+ years of relevant industry experience in enterprise and/or service provider networking, security, traffic management, and/or cloud services/products.
•5+ years of experience in product management (or equivalent).
•Ability to analyze products, customers, and market dynamics.
•Proficiency with core networking and security technologies and the ability to use AI capabilities/tools in security products.
