Key Responsibilities

  • •Open and close sites with rounds and communication with Paris PCS for video surveillance status or surveillance changes.
  • •Greet, guide and inform visitors; issue access badges; manage visitor and employee access controls.
  • •Oversee general surveillance including CCTV access control, alarms, incident logging, and reporting to security management.
  • •Perform technical and fire safety duties including rounds for fire prevention, equipment checks (extinguishers, alarms, doors, evacuation routes), and ensuring safe evacuation paths.
  • •Supervise security contractors, manage access of external security providers, check attendance registers, and coordinate on-site work permits and safety plans.
  • •Maintain incident reporting and liaise with responders, ensuring proper escalation and post-incident follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in security roles.
  • •SSIAP1 / CQP / Carte professionelle up to date.
  • •Significant experience in safety and fire protection in a corporate environment.
  • •Knowledge of safety procedures and incident reporting.
  • •Experience managing external security vendors and site access procedures.
