Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope and lead large technical projects with major impact for engineers at Stripe.
  • •Design, build, and maintain core CI systems used by all engineering teams.
  • •Improve CI reliability through adaptive capacity response, resilience, self-recovery, and observability.
  • •Identify and isolate code breakages to minimize blast radius.
  • •Work directly with product engineers to deliver productivity needs and mentor technical leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Track record mentoring junior and senior engineers.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD or CI/developer tooling/DevOps-related systems.
  • •Ability to thrive with autonomy and responsibility, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
