Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the global 3YP Women’s and Kids apparel strategy, translating consumer insights, marketplace trends, athlete feedback, and regional opportunities into product strategy.
  • •Own global line plans and assortment architecture across classifications, defining core assortments, segmentation, and growth opportunities while balancing global vision with regional curation.
  • •Define global pricing architecture, IMU targets, pricing ladders, margin frameworks, and promotional/markdown guardrails; drive omni-channel merchandising strategies.
  • •Lead organizational merchandising governance and operating processes; directly lead Women’s classification merchandising teams and the Kids merchandising organization.
  • •Ensure financial accountability for revenue, margin, productivity, and growth targets by aligning line plans with forecasts, business objectives, and regional milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of merchandising, product strategy, product management, or category leadership experience.
  • •Significant experience leading large-scale apparel businesses, with strong knowledge of Women’s and/or Kids consumers and product creation.
  • •Experience building consumer-led growth strategies and driving growth through line planning and assortment architecture.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop merchandising and product management talent in complex matrix organizations and global teams.
