  • •Manage carrier performance for vendor and customer returns across MENA on cost, speed, and quality.
  • •Own end-to-end third-party logistics projects in MENA and deliver on schedule and customer experience targets.
  • •Integrate new carriers and launch new lanes and third-party services.
  • •Run weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR/MBR) and lead operations calls (DBR/WBR/MBR/QBR) to drive actions with carriers.
  • •Lead returns-related escalations: investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
