Key Responsibilities

  • •Own weekly and monthly financial reporting for F_EU warehousing and production operations.
  • •Run the month-end closing cycle, starting with accruals and ending with high-quality variance analysis.
  • •Partner with finance and fulfillment teams to prepare and ensure quality inventory records.
  • •Execute quarterly and annual business planning for both production sites.
  • •Perform long-term scenario analyses and forecasting for site operations and serve as a reliable finance business partner to site leadership and HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in an operations finance controlling role.
  • •University degree in STEM-related fields, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
  • •Strong knowledge of P&L with fluency in financial and management accounting.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills.
  • •Excellent business partnering skills with structured, transparent problem-solving; SQL is a plus and prior Adaptive/Oracle is a plus.
