Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, manage, and lead a team of operators to achieve production schedules, production standards, and operational cost targets.
  • •Set expectations, provide continuous performance feedback, and develop and implement improvement plans to enhance performance and engagement.
  • •Ensure training is effectively conducted and supported to meet site objectives and maintain clear communication with peers, customers, teams, and management.
  • •Drive actions to reduce quality-related deviations and support production of the highest quality wafers.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts/components and final assemblies (SIA scope), including cost/time standards, tooling/process recommendations, and manufacturing reporting systems.
