Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager with outage planning strategy, scope, resources, manpower, spare parts, and QA plan up to 18 months ahead.
  • •Support end-to-end outage execution by monitoring progress, managing stakeholders/service providers, and ensuring compliance with HSSE and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate issuance of spare parts, tools, and work authorizations/permits prior to execution, and maintain the daily schedule based on progress and plant conditions.
  • •Attend daily outage coordination meetings and provide daily/weekly management reports with performance updates and escalations.
  • •Act as a technical center of expertise for critical equipment (e.g., gas/steam turbines) and contribute to final outage reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years’ experience in Operations and Maintenance of large Power Plants.
  • •Outage execution experience with OEM is a plus.
  • •Experience managing at least one outage of Steam/Gas Turbines.
  • •Knowledge of power plant maintenance practices and applicable legal/quality/HSSE requirements.
