Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.

  • •Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing and developing online learning content (ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools).
  • •Strong facilitation skills delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
  • •A degree and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent training qualification.
  • •Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into practical learning experiences.
