Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with candidates and build a prospective talent pool for future openings.
  • •Collaborate with the People Operations team to promote Overjet’s mission and employer brand across hubs.
  • •Assist in coordinating outreach, application processing, and ATS entry for prospective candidates.
  • •Support the onboarding and workflow processes for new hires and potential hires.
  • •Promote a positive candidate experience and represent Overjet at events and outreach activities.
