Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on real product decisions under senior review, from identifying a problem in the Tabby app to shipping a change.
  • •Run research by talking to users and reading data to determine what is actually broken.
  • •Design the solution in Figma (flows, screens, states, and edge cases) and incorporate critique with the product and design team.
  • •Hand off to engineers and stay with the build through release.
  • •Measure what happened after launch and present the outcome, even when the answer is no, back to the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SAR 3,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •18 or over and eligible as a Saudi Arabia citizen or resident to enter the program.
  • •Evidence you can make a product decision (your challenge entry demonstrates this).
  • •Comfortable working in Figma, including components, prototyping, and handing work to engineers.
  • •Clear written Arabic or English, judged the same way without translation.
  • •Willingness to have your work debated and to argue back with evidence.
