•Lead client calls, manage the client relationship, and resolve escalations directly.

•Prepare and document advanced journal entries; apply full-cycle accrual accounting and GAAP across industries and entity types.
•Review and mentor junior Accounting Specialists with recurring written feedback and act as a technical resource.
