Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert to identify, assess, and oversee risks to critical business service delivery.
  • •Support development and embedding of resilience frameworks, policies, and reporting aligned to evolving regulatory expectations (FCA/PRA and DORA).
  • •Evaluate business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements to ensure credibility, testing, and recovery within agreed impact tolerances.
  • •Provide oversight and challenge on third-party resilience risks, including outsourcing arrangements, critical suppliers, and cloud service providers.
  • •Prepare high-quality management information for senior committees and support regulatory engagement activities.
