•Lead and manage a team of client delivery colleagues and health & benefits consultants.
•Develop and own the Health business plan; drive performance, retention, and profitability for client relationships.
•Serve as strategic resource and face to the market across clients, prospects, vendors, and professional organizations in the DMV area.
•Lead benefits strategy, design, and pricing for a client portfolio, aligning with business objectives and measurable results.
•Oversee vendor negotiations and provide technical coaching to team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•10+ years of Health and Benefits background, including 10+ years in consulting.

•Complex project management experience with broad business knowledge and perspective.
•Active Health & Life license; proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
