Key Responsibilities

•Own product operations for merchandise and supply-side modules, driving supply scale, merchandise competitiveness, and order volume.
•Lead end-to-end project delivery by aligning cross-functional teams (R&D, Industry Operations, Traffic Strategy) for localized, intelligent merchant tools.
•Establish merchandise tiering standards and build knowledge graph frameworks; partner with search/recommendation teams to optimize supply-demand matching.
•Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product features and operational initiatives; drive merchant adoption of operational tools to grow GMV.
•Build data monitoring, performance evaluation, and closed-loop VOC mechanisms to detect anomalies, produce MRDs, and drive continuous iteration.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•5+ years in product operations, product management, or strategy roles focused on merchant (B2B), merchandise, or supply ecosystems in tech/internet.
•Professional proficiency in English to navigate and influence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment.
•Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management, orchestrating resources and leading cross-functional execution from ideation to rollout.
•Ability to drive merchandise tiering standards, knowledge frameworks, and supply-demand matching informed by user insights.
