Job Summary

Drive end-to-end governance of business applications, IT services, and operational processes. Own Application Portfolio Management in ServiceNow, maintain the inventory of applications and services, manage application lifecycle and request queues, and act as a governance approver. Extend into broader ITSM areas like Change Management and IT Asset Management while improving data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness. Leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities to streamline workflows and enable AI-ready data foundations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the Application Portfolio Management (APM) platform in ServiceNow, including APM support and day-to-day operations.
•Maintain and govern the inventory of business applications and services, ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
•Initiate periodic reviews and act as a governance approver for application, service, and service offering requests; determine proper classification and capture.
•Support ITSM governance across Change Management and IT Asset Management, ensuring tracking, accountability, lifecycle visibility, and audit readiness.
•Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline approvals and processes; improve data quality and structure to build AI-ready data foundations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 75,600 - 108,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ITSM with a focus on Application Portfolio Management and/or Service Governance roles (APM, Change Management, IT Asset Management).
•Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise IT workflows.
•Experience managing application portfolios, service governance, or asset lifecycle processes.
•Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI-driven process improvements (e.g., Power BI, scripting, AI tools).
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
