Job Summary

Lead operational, financial, IT, regulatory, and compliance audits and advisory mandates, driving improvements in governance, risk management, and internal controls. Conduct full audit cycles with risk assessments, evaluate control adequacy and compliance with internal policies, and deliver timely planning, execution, and reporting aligned with IIA standards. Coordinate with Risk, Legal, and Compliance, provide risk insights to leadership, and track corrective actions through follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver operational, financial, IT, regulatory, and compliance audits and advisory mandates.
•Perform full audit cycles, including risk assessments and evaluation of control adequacy, performance, and compliance.
•Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements on time while coordinating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and related control functions.
•Prepare and present audit reports within the IA tool, in accordance with audit standards and IIA requirements.
•Identify control weaknesses, recommend mitigations, and conduct timely follow-ups to monitor corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 111,000 - 147,400 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of internal audit and/or operations and/or project management experience.
•BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Project Management.
•Knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards and ability to comply with them.
•Demonstrated technical abilities across areas such as audit, accounting, regulatory, IT, compliance, project management practices, and process improvement.
•Proficiency in MS Office; written and spoken English (ideally French).
