Key Responsibilities

  • •Build scalable ingestion pipelines for structured and semi-structured engineering data sources.
  • •Develop batch, scheduled, and event-driven workflows using Apache Airflow and cloud-native services.
  • •Implement reusable ETL/ELT patterns with incremental ingestion, data quality checks, and delta detection/refresh mechanisms.
  • •Set up secure AWS/GCP/on-prem landing zones, schema & metadata management, and schema evolution/compatibility controls.
  • •Provision and operate infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and implement IAM/RBAC, hybrid connectivity, monitoring, and cost optimization for TB-scale workloads.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in data engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
  • •Strong hands-on Python and SQL experience plus automation scripts and cloud-native data services.
  • •Practical experience with GCP services (Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM) and AWS services (Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, IAM).
  • •Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD, including cloud networking and operational automation.
  • •Ability to collaborate with IT, AI/Data Science, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities.
