Quality Engineer II (Onsite)

Drive quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Medley site. Manage quality escapes, customer complaints, and nonconformances by leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Support defect reduction, returns processing, and quality performance reporting through process walks and operator observations. Lead investigations using structured problem-solving methods and partner cross-functionally to ensure product conformity.
