Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
  • •Create work/process orders and distribute them to the production team according to the production schedule.
  • •Maintain an optimal balance between market demand, production capacity, manpower allocation, and material availability.
  • •Monitor and evaluate actual production realization vs. the predetermined plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to troubleshoot constraints or bottlenecks and prepare KPI reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • •At least 4 years of production planning experience in a high-volume or highly complex manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong expertise in production planning and scheduling.
  • •Proficiency in data management, work order processing, and production documentation using ERP systems.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex analysis and reporting; familiarity with SAP S/4Hana is preferred.
