Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction, development oversight, and performance accountability for HelloFresh’s Infios’s Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS deployment globally.
  • •Own WMS layer integration architecture, including hosting systems and CDC pipelines using Debezium/kafka to Snowflake/Databricks.
  • •Own CI/CD and deployment automation maturity: robust rollback strategies, feature flagging, environment gate checks, and infrastructure-as-code for high-confidence releases.
  • •Drive QA excellence through automated regression suites, AI-assisted edge case generation, contract testing for integrations, and performance/load testing for peak fulfillment.
  • •Establish engineering metrics using DORA and lead people development for engineering and product leadership, including recruiting, onboarding, and career development.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of warehouse management system (WMS) software engineering and implementation experience in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with Infios’s Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS platform with SQL Server.
  • •3+ years managing application integrations via microservices, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and ETL pipelines.
  • •Experience implementing or scaling CI/CD pipelines with automated testing gates and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) across multi-environment stacks.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with agentic/AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., automated code review, AI-assisted test generation, LLM-powered developer productivity) and measurable adoption impact.
