Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure focus on strategic delivery for Taiwan Equities and manage delivery of country and regional strategy.
  • •Partner across functions to deliver business priorities, ad hoc initiatives, and strategic change.
  • •Drive execution of equities operational plans and front-to-back process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational resilience.
  • •Maintain a strong control environment by ensuring risks are understood, monitored, reported, and managed within appetite with internal support teams.
  • •Drive new product implementation and challenge existing working practices to promote continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in business management, able to lead and deliver local and regional strategic initiatives through indirect management and cross-functional influence.
  • •Good knowledge of equities market products, with a strong understanding of controls and operational risk.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with senior management.
  • •Strong leadership presence to motivate and work effectively across team-based and matrix environments.
  • •Confidence and judgment to represent business leadership when delegated.
