Job Summary

Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data annotation projects for the Eco Governance team within ADSO. Own project implementation plans, monitor and analyze performance via dashboards, and coordinate across QA, vendor, and business stakeholders to meet targets and SLAs. Drive delivery governance, risk/change management, and continuous improvement through workflow optimization and automation. Synthesize insights from project data to inform leadership and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of multiple AI data annotation projects to meet performance targets and SLAs.
•Serve as the primary interface for internal requestors by translating product/business needs into clear labeling project requirements and delivery plans.
•Establish delivery governance and cross-functional collaboration, including operating rhythms, execution reviews, and escalation frameworks across QA, vendors, and business teams.
•Use dashboards and analytics to monitor performance, detect anomalies, and conduct data and root-cause analysis to maintain quality and efficiency.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, designing workflow optimizations, and partnering with tooling teams on automation and scalability.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project/program management experience in AI data annotation, large-scale data operations, content moderation, or related fields.
•Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
•Track record driving successful project and operational execution with cross-functional teams and third-party vendor partners.
•Strong data skills (Excel, SQL, dashboard development) and experience using data-driven approaches for performance analysis and root cause analysis.
•Experience driving continuous operational quality optimization and process improvement.
