Job Summary

IAM IT Operations and Service Manager in Albacete within Airbus Helicopters’ IAM PSL. Lead end-to-end IAM product lifecycle (F5, PingID, PingFederate, PKI, and password manager), manage ITIL-based support, automation, reporting and CyberIAM, and act as technical backup for Product Managers while partnering with global teams to ensure secure, reliable access across Airbus Group applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide ITIL-based support processes (incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management) to ensure continuity of IAM services.
•Act as the technical backup for F5 and Access Product Managers and lead change executions on Access Products with external administrators.
•Develop and maintain automation scripts and monitor automated tasks to improve operational efficiency.
•Monitor system logs and alerts, investigate potential security incidents, and perform troubleshooting on analytics dashboards for the Customer Center and Mother Company.
•Communicate improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Customer Centers local IT.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
•0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator or System/Network Administrator; IAM experience in an industrial context preferred
•Knowledge of ITIL framework (ServiceNow experience a plus)
•Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization concepts and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, RADIUS, MFA)
•Knowledge of scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible) and familiarity with Java OGNL expressions
