Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms.
  • •Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
  • •Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows.
  • •Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation.
  • •Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with CPQ/CLM processes and quoting.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and JavaScript (React.js).
  • •Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • •Hands-on AI-powered solution delivery using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) and experience with MLOps.
